• Next passenger price: € 110

• Our premium partner agent meets arriving passengers at the end of the airbridge or at the terminal entrance with a personalized name board
• Accompanying passengers through passport control and customs using Fast Track lanes wherever available
• Delivering passengers to the baggage claim area with luggage support provided if porter service is pre-booked
• Directing passengers to onward transportation or to the arrival hall according to the clients’ needs.

DEPARTURE

• First passenger price: € 270 up to 2 pax
• Next passenger price: € 110

• Our premium partner agent and the passenger’s chauffeur establish contact in advance to coordinate the drop-off time and location prior to arrival
• Meeting passengers curbside in collaboration with a baggage porter when pre-booked
• Escorting passengers through all check-in and security procedures via Fast Track lanes wherever available
• Escorting passengers to the Departure Lounge if arranged and/or to the boarding gate.

• Infants below 2 y.o. – no charge
• Short notice (<2 days) + 20%
• Amendments less than 48 h prior to the service – 25%
• Cancellation till 72 h – no charge
• Cancellation less than 72 h till 48 h prior to the service – 20%
• Cancellation less than 48 h till 24 h prior to the service – 50%
• Cancellation less than 24 h prior to the service
