• Our premium partner agent and the passenger’s chauffeur establish contact in advance to coordinate the drop-off time and location prior to arrival
• Meeting passengers curbside in collaboration with a baggage porter if pre-booked
• Escorting through all check-in and security formalities using Fast Track lanes
• Escorting to the Departure Lounge if arranged and/or to the boarding gate.

• Amendments less than 72 h prior to the service – 30%
• Cancellation less than 48 h prior to the service – 100%
• Cancellation till 72 h – no charge
• Cancellation less than 72 h till 48 h prior to the service – 20%
• No-show – 100%

• Porter – 70 EUR up to 3 bags, each add bag – 15 EUR
