• Escorting passengers to onward transportation or to the arrival hall according to the clients’ needs., up to the clients’ needs

• Our premium partner agent and the passenger’s chauffeur establish contact in advance to coordinate the drop-off time and location before arrival
• Meeting passengers curbside with baggage porter service
• Expediting check-in and security formalities through fast-track lanes
• Escorting to the VIP Lounge and onward to the boarding gate.

• Short notice (<2 days) + 20%
• Amendments less than 48 h prior to the service – 25%
• Cancellation less than 48 h prior to the service – 100%
• No-show – 100%
