• Our premium partner agent and the passenger’s chauffeur establish contact in advance to coordinate the drop‑off time and location prior to arrival
• Meeting passengers curbside in collaboration with a baggage porter if pre‑booked
• Providing expedited escorting through all check‑in and security formalities using an electric buggy wherever available
• Escorting to the Departure Lounge if arranged and/or to the boarding gate.

• Cancellation less than 48 h prior to the service – 100%
