• Escorting to the baggage claim hall with luggage assistance provided if porter service is pre-booked
• Escorting to onward transportation or to the arrival hall.

DEPARTURE

• First passenger price: € 350 up to 2 pax
• Next passenger price: € 90

• Our premium partner agent and the passenger’s chauffeur establish contact in advance to coordinate the drop-off time and location prior to arrival
• Meeting passengers curbside in collaboration with a baggage porter when pre-booked
• Escorting passengers through all check-in and security procedures via Fast Track lanes wherever available
• Escorting passengers to the Departure Lounge if arranged and/or to the boarding gate.

TRANSIT

• First passenger price: € 430 up to 2 pax
• Next passenger price: € 140

• Our premium partner agent meets arriving passengers at the end of the airbridge or at the terminal entrance with a personalized name board
• Guiding passengers to the baggage claim area when needed, with porter service available if pre-booked
• Assisting through immigration and security formalities using Fast Track lanes wherever available
• Directing passengers to the Departure Lounge if arranged and/or to the boarding gate.
